With over 10 years of hands-on experience working under professional chefs, I have had the opportunity to train in a wide range of cuisines, including Italian, Mexican, American, and Oriental cooking. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned not only techniques and flavors, but also the importance of culture, tradition, and respect for food.
Working alongside chefs from different backgrounds allowed me to understand how food connects people and tells a story. Each kitchen taught me something new—discipline, creativity, balance, and attention to detail. Over time, this experience shaped my style and fueled my passion for creating dishes that are both meaningful and flavorful.
